By using CBSE Result Analyser (the "Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Tool.

• Access to and use of this Tool constitutes acceptance of these Terms
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
• If you do not agree, you must cease using the Tool immediately
• These Terms apply to all users of the Tool

2. Permitted Use

This Tool may be used by school administrators, teachers, and authorized KV staff for internal result analysis and educational purposes.

• Authorized Use: Analysis of CBSE board examination results for legitimate educational purposes
• Institutional Use: By schools, educational institutions, and KV networks
• Administrative Use: By school administrators and authorized staff
• Educational Use: By teachers and educators for teaching and assessment purposes
• Internal Analysis: For understanding student performance and improvement planning

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use this Tool for any purpose other than legitimate educational administration without explicit permission.

• Commercial Exploitation: No commercial use of analysis output without permission
• Data Selling: No selling or sharing of student data to third parties
• Unauthorized Access: No accessing or analyzing data without proper authorization
• Reverse Engineering: No attempting to extract source code or algorithms
• Malicious Use: No use for harmful, illegal, or unethical purposes
• System Abuse: No overloading servers or automated access beyond normal use
• Violation of Privacy: No actions that compromise student privacy

4. Intellectual Property

All code, design, analysis logic, and intellectual property rights in this Tool belong exclusively to Mani Harsh Dubey.
